Job Summary
Support daily maintenance activities and shop operations to ensure equipment is serviced and available when needed. Perform assigned maintenance tasks under supervision while following established safety procedures, work instructions, and operational standards. Accurately document all maintenance activities and records in applicable business systems. Participate in structured mentoring, technical training, and skills-development programs to build competency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of work experience
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance record
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills, processes, tools, and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a physically demanding industrial environment
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, oilfield, construction, or industrial environment
- Forklift experience or certification
- Crane operation experience
- General knowledge of industrial tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience working with tools and equipment
- Previous experience working in an environment where safety, quality, and productivity are critical
