Job Summary
Perform general repairs and routine maintenance throughout office locations, including patching walls, assembling furniture, and addressing minor plumbing issues. Troubleshoot everyday maintenance problems, conduct routine inspections to prevent larger issues, and manage organized tool inventories. Assist with office moves and coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs. This full-time role requires experience in carpentry, drywall, and painting, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
