Job Summary
Environmental Services Associate-Maintenance role performing general maintenance, repair, and housekeeping for the community’s buildings and equipment. Requires basic mechanical skills, ability to operate/maintain HVAC-related equipment, follow safety procedures (OSHA), maintain a preventative maintenance schedule, manage work-orders, assist with events, and provide resident-focused service in a part-time capacity. Must have a High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license; physical duties include lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for long periods. Based in Boynton Beach, FL with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write simple correspondence
- Able to push/pull and lift up to 60 pounds
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with computers
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and residents
