Job Summary
Environmental Services Associate-Maintenance supports maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the Community’s facilities. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks (light work, electrical, painting, carpentry), operating and maintaining HVAC equipment, replenishing supplies, ensuring tools and work areas stay safe and organized, maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule and logs, handling safety practices per OSHA, assisting with events and resident-related activities, processing invoices and reports, and coordinating with the Environmental Services Director to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a High School Diploma.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, preferably a Commercial Driver’s License.
- Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Able to effectively write simple correspondence.
- Basic familiarity with computers.
- Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members.
- Physically able to bend and reach.
- Physically able to push and pull and lift up to 60 pounds if necessary.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods of time.
