Maintenance Associate

Job Summary
Maintain hotel facilities and guest areas by performing preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. Responsibilities include timely repairs, ensuring safety and quality guest experience, managing key inventory for hotel locks, maintaining the telephone system and guest connectivity, and supporting building readiness for city/state inspections. Requires independent work, strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; schedule is Tuesday through Saturday; high school diploma or equivalent required; prior hotel/facilities maintenance experience preferred. Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Technical certifications are a plus
