Job Summary
Maintain the store as a Maintenance Associate by greeting teammates and customers, proactively assisting with shopping needs, and executing service standards to fulfill the customer experience. Perform cleaning across the store (floors, restrooms, trash, displays, glass surfaces), assist with transporting merchandise, and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Create an inclusive, welcoming store environment where teammates and customers feel safe and respected. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively
