Maintenance Associate responsible for maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, performing routine repairs, basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical tasks, inventory management, and assisting with scheduling and compliance tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED, janitorial experience, ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds), basic safety knowledge, and ability to follow instructions; includes mandatory application documents and background/physical clearance.
Required Qualifications

- NYS SCR Clearance Form
- Criminal Record Certification and clearance of criminal convictions (misdemeanor or felony)
- Fingerprinting required
- Release for Reference Checks
- Must pass a physical examination by a CAO physician
