Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for general maintenance and repair across the facility and grounds, including troubleshooting building systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests. On-call rotations and collaboration with administration and staff are required. The role emphasizes safety, resident well-being, and adherence to regulations, with preferred experience in plumbing, electrical, boiler/hot water systems, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and related trades. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid WI driver’s license, and English literacy; 3 years of maintenance experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to complete all required State of Wisconsin CBRF training within 90 days of employment.
