Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant at Westinghouse based in Columbia, SC, performing non-production equipment-related minor maintenance tasks onsite. Responsibilities include plumbing maintenance (drain cleaning), low voltage electrical repair (bulb replacements), door locks and closers repair, flooring repairs, painting, ceiling tile replacement, confined space attendant and fire watch duties, material moves/deliveries, general maintenance housekeeping, and visitor escorting. Reports to the Maintenance Team Manager and works 100% onsite at Columbia, SC. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Management.
