Maintenance Assistant

Operate machinery and equipment to maintain facilities in good repair, handling simple electrical and plumbing repairs while ensuring grounds remain neat. Carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of the facility, run errands for supplies requiring a valid driver's license, and assist with preventative maintenance duties. Accurately complete routine tasks without direct supervision, supporting building systems including heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical under the ENS Director's direction. Perform general maintenance such as carpentry, painting, and flooring. High school graduate or GED required with general maintenance experience preferred.
