Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant role supports the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community’s physical plant and grounds safe, attractive, and functional for residents and staff. Requires stamina and ability to perform maintenance tasks (drywall, plumbing, painting; knowledge of electrical, heating, and cooling helpful). Emphasizes CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) and teamwork to deliver excellent resident care and service. Part-time position with benefits; prior maintenance experience preferred and opportunities for career growth and education partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
