Job Summary
Assist the Maintenance Director with facility safety, appearance, and maintenance in accordance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Perform painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC certification, while adhering to safety regulations. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and healthcare facility experience preferred. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
- Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations
