Job Summary
Perform maintenance activities to ensure environmental compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. Assist in facility maintenance to keep the environment sanitary, attractive, orderly, and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. Maintain knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures while upholding a professional image. Prior experience in maintenance within a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is required. Required Qualifications
- Prior maintenance experience
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
