Job Summary
Maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of the Health Campus by conducting daily rounds to proactively identify and address maintenance, safety, and welfare concerns. Perform necessary repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds while assisting with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Drive the health campus bus for required maintenance appointments or resident trips as directed by the Maintenance Manager. This role supports the health, welfare, and satisfaction of residents, families, and employees at Trilogy's long-term care facility.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently
- Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications
- For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation service
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
