Job Summary
Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures. Shift & Wage: Full-Time Opportunities Available; 1st Shift: 8:30a - 5:00p; Every Other Weekend. Wage: $16.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance for FT employees, PTO, tuition opportunities, and other educational programs.
