Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repair of the residence, maintaining the physical appearance of the grounds and building while ensuring it remains safe. Follow established safety procedures and precautions during all service tasks. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and assist with ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels of maintenance supplies. May act as the contact person for vendors performing maintenance jobs. Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing, and stretching is required. Valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED are necessary. Schedule includes working every other weekend.
Required Qualifications

- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching
- Valid driver's license in the state employed
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
