Job Summary
Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment, and site at peak operational levels. Execute direct repairs and replacements of mechanical and structural systems while managing make-readies, interior painting, and pool maintenance duties. Assist the lead in all responsibilities and ensure cleanliness of grounds. This full-time role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, current HVAC, pool, or electrical certification, and reliable transportation. Candidates must pass background and drug screens and demonstrate a team player attitude in a high-paced environment. Required Qualifications
