Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant needed at Claiborne Senior Living to support daily upkeep, safety, and appearance of a senior living community. responsibilities include assisting with routine maintenance and repair of building systems, supporting preventative maintenance programs, performing minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, following safety and OSHA guidelines, assisting with emergency repairs, and helping maintain organized maintenance records. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience; candidate should be dependable, able to work independently, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time role with benefits; double time pay on major holidays; opportunities for growth; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
