Maintenance Assistant

Conduct daily checks on boilers, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment, while inspecting and replacing light bulbs and securing fire doors. Perform regular inspections of roofs, gutters, and walkways to address hazards, and manage outdoor areas through gardening and external housekeeping. Handle planned maintenance tasks like painting and grouting, as well as unplanned repairs, utilizing basic plumbing, electrical, and joinery skills. Maintain compliance through ladder checks, fire alarm tests, and utility readings with a proactive attitude.
