Job Summary
Inspect, clean, and repair facility equipment and machinery while conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs. Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and support grounds maintenance including landscaping, irrigation, and snow removal. Maintain accurate records of work orders and repairs, and respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe environment and comply with all safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Employment and Professional References Required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a maintenance or similar role is preferred
