Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant at a skilled nursing facility responsible for routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs; maintain facility grounds and outdoor areas; assist with heating and cooling systems; coordinate maintenance work with nursing staff when working in resident care areas; report equipment malfunctions and unsafe conditions; follow all safety precautions and facility procedures; assist with emergency situations and HIPAA compliance; 90-day temporary assignment in Fresno at Oakwood Gardens Care Center.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th grade education required
