Job Summary
Respond to resident requests through the work order program to repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while performing daily light bulb inspections and building-wide maintenance for HVAC, kitchen equipment, and painting projects. Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas. This part-time role at Southern Meadows, a Sonida Senior Living community in Mountain Home, AR, utilizes cutting-edge AI video technology and advanced EHR tools to enhance resident safety and care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems
- Role will be PRN/Part-time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful
