Job Summary
Respond to resident requests through the work order program to repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. Perform daily light bulb inspections for public areas and conduct general maintenance on HVAC, kitchen equipment, and building systems. Maintain organization of storage and equipment areas while executing daily and assigned painting projects for common and office spaces. Requires familiarity with minor repairs for structural, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems, plus experience in building safety and hazard reduction. Located in Williamsville, NY, this role offers a competitive wage of $22-24/hour at The Amberleigh, a Sonida Senior Living community.
Required Qualifications
- familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating and cooling systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred
- Experience in building safety and hazard reduction helpful
