Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant at Solaris HealthCare Imperial responsible for assisting the Plant Operations Director with the maintenance and repair program for buildings and grounds, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires basic plumbing and electrical experience, knowledge of English, ability to work extended hours including weekends, and ability to interact with residents, families, and staff. AHCA background screening is required. - Must meet general health requirements and pass medical/physical examination
- Must not pose direct threat to health or safety
- Must be able to push/pull/move heavy objects (up to 50-100 lbs)
- May be subject to exposure to infectious waste/diseases
