Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant to maintain and upkeep of the building through routine procedures and work orders; complete work orders around the community; prepare apartments for move-ins; order and organize maintenance supplies; perform general maintenance projects across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping; no experience required, but mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred; strong communication, independent work ethic; benefits include health/dental/vision/retirement, DailyPay, and paid time off; COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempt.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required (though general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred)
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping

- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
