Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant to ensure upkeep of Solterra Senior Living at Chandler: responds to resident work orders, prepares apartments for move-in, performs maintenance projects including plumbing/electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and landscaping; must know safety/disaster plans, respond to emergencies, and maintain offices, shops, storage and mechanical spaces. 1+ year maintenance experience required; senior living experience preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Maintenance role
- 1+ years of experience in a Senior Living Community highly preferred
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
