Job Summary
Complete and follow up on work orders, perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Environmental Services Director, and execute custodial duties including snow removal and garbage removal. Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and function of the community, including the exterior of the building. Participate in training team members on department specifics and fill-in for the housekeeping team as needed. Requires current CPR/First Aid certification, driver's license, and ability to lift 50lbs. Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
Required Qualifications
- Free of non-treated communicable disease
- Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Holds current drivers license
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs
- Ability to continuously walk or stand
