Maintenance Assistant responsible for routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems and machinery running smoothly, assembling/installing/repairing wiring and plumbing, assisting with exterior grounds, setting up meeting areas, and reporting issues to the Plant & Maintenance Supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and about 1 year of maintenance experience (long-term care or hospital setting preferred).
