Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, oversee the Community safety program and maintain a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations. Sustain a preventative maintenance program for all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Complete all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently. Perform exterior maintenance duties and conduct fire and disaster drill activities with residents and team members. Engage with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment. This part-time role requires a High School graduate or GED with HVAC and electrical experience.
