Job Summary
Perform minor repairs, improvements, and preventative maintenance on the building, equipment, lawn, and grounds as directed. Keep work areas clean, clear, safe, and free of obstructions while hanging bulletin boards and items in residents' rooms and common areas. Report incidents or accidents to the Maintenance Supervisor immediately. Participate in disaster and fire drills as needed. Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain regular attendance. Work weekends and overtime as required. Pass an AHCA background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as required
- Must be able to follow and/or provide strong communication skills effectively through written and oral delivery in a manner appropriate for a healthcare/office setting
- Must be able to problem solve
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AHCA BACKGROUND CHECK
