Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for supervising and managing housekeeping and maintenance duties across the community, coordinating and prioritizing work orders, ensuring compliance with local/state/federal codes and safety regulations, interviewing and coaching staff, monitoring budgets and inventory, and directing move-in/move-out readiness and property upkeep (including landscaping, snow removal, and safety practices). Requires proficiency with MS Word/Excel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to perform physical tasks such as painting, climbing into attics, and working off a ladder.
