Maintenance Assistant Manager

Plan and schedule project timelines, order parts, and monitor spare parts inventory and daily maintenance consumables to ensure efficient manpower balance. Conduct constant monitoring of processes for improvement activity and assist in new model equipment specifications, implementation, validation, and process development. Work with purchasing and vendors on cost efficiencies while encouraging associates to submit continuous improvement ideas. Maintain maximum production quantity and quality by supporting company policies, goals, and objectives.
