Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for monitoring HVAC and plumbing systems, testing and scheduling inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems, and providing regular and emergency repairs throughout the building. Maintains comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents. Requires experience in maintenance areas such as electricity, preventative maintenance, painting, HVAC, and plumbing. Strong communication, self-motivation, and initiative are valued to support a safer, well-maintained facility and a positive resident experience.
