Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant provides quality maintenance functions in a post-acute care facility, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; inspect equipment for proper functioning and safety; assist in evacuations; run errands and handle freight; deliver excellent customer service to patients; work with an interdisciplinary team; follow Life Care policies and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct; prefers high school diploma and up to 1 year of maintenance experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license in current State with satisfactory driving record per Life Care standards
