Maintenance Assistant responsible for general maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC; follows maintenance schedules; coordinates with nursing services; uses floor buffers; inspects equipment; plans repairs via blueprints; performs drywall, painting, doors; routine maintenance on building systems; cleans and maintains facilities; orders supplies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years maintenance experience
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
