Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant in Assisted Living is responsible for light maintenance and upkeep of building and outside grounds, including painting, resident maintenance requests, small equipment replacement, scheduled preventative maintenance, minor equipment repairs, and moving furniture. Reports to the Environmental Services Director each morning to review day’s duties. Must interact with residents courteously and stay organized.
