Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for assisting with inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; performing routine maintenance tasks (changing filters, lubricating machinery, cleaning equipment); troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues; conducting regular inspections; maintaining inventory of tools and supplies; following safety protocols and keeping a clean, organized work environment; documenting maintenance activities and recommendations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of painting, repairs, and plumbing; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; prior facility maintenance experience preferred; typically a full-time role in a healthcare setting with additional benefits and growth opportunities.
