Job Summary
Part-time Maintenance Assistant responsible for performing maintenance and construction tasks around Heritage Hall, including grounds, parking areas, and equipment inspection. Performs cleaning in basement, storage, and utility areas; paints and plastering as needed; ensures proper functioning of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade school certificate in one or more of the major trades
- At least two (2) years of experience in maintenance, construction, or power plant work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
