Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of residences, maintaining the physical appearance of grounds and buildings while ensuring they remain safe. Follow established safety procedures and precautions during all service tasks. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and assist with ordering inventory levels for maintenance supplies. Act as the contact person for vendors performing maintenance jobs. Requires ability to handle frequent lifting, bending, and climbing; valid driver's license and high school diploma required. Required Qualifications
- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching
- Valid driver's license in the state employed
- A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
