Job Summary
Assist with routine building maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment systems. Respond to work orders promptly while helping maintain clean, safe outdoor areas and supporting overall facility upkeep. Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff. Previous handyman experience and knowledge of building systems are preferred.
