Job Summary
Maintenance Assistant responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipment, washers/dryers, TV setup, electrical fixtures and circuits, plumbing (piping, toilets, urinals, valves, and drain lines), and HVAC troubleshooting. Painting and other related duties as assigned. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior maintenance experience; healthcare experience is desirable. Schedule is Monday–Friday day shift with potential overtime and on-call. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and referral bonuses. Location: Willow Grove, PA.
Required Qualifications

- Previous maintenance experience required
- Previous healthcare experience desirable
