Job Summary
Fix both small and big problems to keep the community running smoothly and respond quickly to maintenance requests to ensure resident safety. Perform regular maintenance to ensure buildings look nice and are comfortable for residents and staff, while completing daily apartment cleaning. Work closely with the Maintenance Director to update them on systems, issues, and remedies. Keep your work area clean and organized, always following safety rules.
Required Qualifications
- Criminal Background Screening
- Valid proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 before commencing work or commit to obtaining full vaccination within 30 days of commencing work, unless they receive an approved exemption
