Job Summary
Respond to daily maintenance requests and perform routine repairs, inspections, and janitorial duties to ensure the building and grounds remain in good condition. Maintain the Unit Maintenance Log and Building Inspection Schedule, complete mandatory annual unit inspections with required documentation, and manage snow removal and landscaping. Order maintenance supplies, monitor inventory, and oversee the dumpster area and trash pickup. Remain on call 24 hours a day for emergency needs and perform welcome orientations for new residents.

- Must be willing to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Must be willing to perform physical demands including regularly standing, talking, bending, stretching, pulling, pushing, and lifting items
- Must have specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be willing to undergo criminal background checks
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing
