Job Summary
Conduct maintenance tasks including custodial work, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and paint repairs while assisting technicians. Perform light janitorial duties for emergencies, manage groundskeeping such as mowing, trimming, snow removal, and debris hauling. Drive a district vehicle to worksites, operate small equipment like bobcats and lifts, and maintain accurate records for all work orders. Prioritize daily schedules, meet timelines, and ensure safety protocols are followed during all projects. Serve as a positive role model for students and visitors, promoting a respectful atmosphere and safety standards across school buildings and grounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Criminal background check
- Valid Colorado Driver's license and ability to meet district insurability standards
- Ability to work outside of normal hours in emergencies (i.e. snow removal)
- Self-motivated
- Team player

- Previous custodial, groundskeeping, and/or maintenance experience
