Maintenance Assistant

Assist the maintenance director with organizing, directing, and supervising the operation of the power plant and maintenance repair program for buildings and grounds. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on facility equipment and conduct routine inspections while maintaining adequate work records. Coordinate repair activities with other departments, handle incoming and outgoing freight, and lift heavy furniture and equipment. Provide occasional on-call duty for emergencies as directed by the Administrator. Work at an hourly rate of $15.00 to $20.00 with an opportunity to develop into a Maintenance Director.
