Job Summary
Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable. Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment. Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed. Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed. Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance. Full-time 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm shifts with every 3rd Sunday off. Join a compassionate care team across 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa dedicated to creating home-like environments for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely
