Job Summary
Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable. Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment. Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed. Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed. Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance. Work full-time hours from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with every 3rd Sunday off. Join a compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely
