Maintenance Assistant

Respond to, prioritize, and complete work orders for resident requests while meeting company standards for cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction. Execute apartment turnovers including painting, dry-wall patching, fixture testing, and appliance repairs. Maintain assets by following preventative schedules to address property needs for HVAC, boilers, and fire protection systems. Assist the Executive Director in managing operations. Deliver high-level customer service to residents, family members, vendors, and employees. This role supports Capri Communities' mission to enrich resident lives through service and commitment to family and community.
