Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the upkeep of the hotel property, assisting the Chief Engineer with major duties including basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, preventative maintenance, and maintaining indoor and outdoor grounds. The role requires recording maintenance activities, servicing pool and spa areas, and cleaning internal areas of the hotel. Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or related field and various general maintenance skills.
