Job Summary
Support the Maintenance Director in keeping the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in good working order, while adhering to health, sanitary and infection control policies and the community's Maintenance Policies and Procedures. Maintain standards of practice per administration. The role involves a full-time shift from 10:30a to 6:30p with every-other-weekend duties, and offers a wage of $16.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and opportunities for educational and leadership development.
